As far as I know the differenze between the two tubes is the tire compatibility: I cannot find any MB 18 but only MB 16:
-MD 18'': 100/100, 110/90, 130/80, 130/90, 140/70, 140/80, 150/70, 4.50, 4.60, 5.10
-MB 16'': 100/90, 110/70, 110/80, 3.00, 3.25, 3.50, 31/4, 80/100, 90/100, 90/90
